A church sermon delivered this past sunday in tandem with my small
group really pressed this issue on my heart of just how it is that we
love our enemies. Who exactly are our enemies?
I wont pretend to know
the answers to those questions, but the conclusion that i have come to
is that often Christians decide that loving our enemies merely means
tolerating them.
I dont think that tolerating an enemy even comes within the same
areana as loving them by Jesus' definition.
how do i love my enemy is a big question i'm asking myself this week
